As a NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor, we not only meet but exceed the appropriate professional qualifications to be eligible to participate in the program.
Success on the field demands a trusted fiduciary you can depend on off the field - to guide and advise you.
Together we will build a plan that keeps you focused on being the best you can be today, by knowing that you will maintain the financial foundation to enjoy it into your future.
The idea for the Financial Advisor Registration Program came from the players themselves. It was created to provide players with an additional layer of protection - not just from poor financial advice, but also from outright fraud.
The intent of the NFLPA Program is to benefit the players by providing them with access to a qualified group of financial advisors that have met certain eligibility criteria. Advisors registered in the NFLPA Program can also attend complimentary educational webinars and an annual conference held jointly with contact advisors.
Financial Advisors who meet the requirements of NFLPA are listed on the NFLPA’s password-protected website. The NFLPA routinely promotes the Program to players and contract advisors. However, under an SEC No-Action Letter, the NFLPA cannot recommend any particular advisor or institution.
Registration to become a NFLPA Registered Player Financial Advisor is typically granted to individual persons, and generally not to any firm, corporation, partnership, or other business entity. There is no limitation on the number of individuals in any one firm, corporation, partnership, or other business entity who are eligible for registration.
